It's another gray, gloomy day in St. Louis so here's a pop of color!
Artist, Nancy Rubin, created this wild bouquet of color.
More than 200 aluminum boats - canoes, rowboats, and flat-bottomed boats,
sit against the surrounding monochromatic glass buildings at
City Center in Las Vegas.
