I personally walk on by the signs, I say that thou because after years of working in the city of Chicago and seeing just about every signs possible, and watching people give them money, and then they go and get what ever fuels there mind, be it bottle or some other substance I just pass them by. The last person I gave anything to had a sign that read “ Not going to Lie! I want a Beer” I figured at least he was honest. So I gave him a couple dollars.
